Return Policy

Customers may return all new and unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of invoice for full refund. You must receive a prior authorization to return an item. Please use our Contact Us form to request return authorization.

Returns must include invoice number, item number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Customer pays for shipping fees.

HVC Bookstore will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse return postage for defective, incorrect, or short-shipped items. Return postage  is reimbursed at USPS book rate.

No credit is given for items damaged by the shipping agent. If a carton arrives damaged, the customer should refuse shipment. If an item is received damaged the customer must report it immediately to the shipper. Packaging material must be retained for inspection to receive credit on replacement.

There are no returns on special order items, and other marked items on our website as non-returnable. The only exception is due to a damaged product or an incorrect item.
